All room categories for single use = 20% surcharge
Local tax
The resort tax is NOT included: The local tax in Vent is € 4.– per person / night from 15 years.
This tax is not included in the prices quoted and must be paid on site. The ABGH (general terms and conditions for the hotel industry) apply to bookings and cancellations.

- Up to 2 months before the day of arrival: can be cancelled free of charge
- 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total amount
- 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total amount
- 1 week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount
- Deposit: 40% of the total amount 2 months before arrival
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a processing and administration fee of € 20.00 for processing and possible return of the deposit.
Bookings for the rest of the 2025 winter season:
- Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: can be canceled free of charge
- 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total amount
- 14 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount
- Deposit: 40% of the total amount 1 month before arrival
- The joy of your stay at the Hotel Venter Bergwelt can be interrupted by an unexpected event. You cannot start your trip and must cancel. After this date has passed, in the event of a cancellation or early departure, we must settle cancellations without exception according to our cancellation conditions. For this reason, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, as we cannot cover the costs incurred under any circumstances.
- To avoid cancellation costs, we offer you travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance at a low cost. If you are unable to travel due to illness, accident, significant property damage, life-threatening illness of relatives, etc., you will not incur any costs.
